Project Overview

Suptho, geo-based social app

that bridges digital experiences into the real world, is transforming the way we interact and plan events within our communities. Starting with NFT communities and 10x-ing their utility, Suptho enables users to create and join their own digital ecosystems, which center around in-person events. Suptho uses tokenomics to incentivize users getting off of their phones and into real life.

Challenge

Our goal for this project was to create a user-friendly app.

The Suptho platform leverages location-based services to help users discover nearby events, parties, clubs and content from their communities. It's a social app that comes with a built-in payment system powered by a blockchain-backed token economy that rewards users for participating in in-app activities. With Suptho, users can transfer value to buy goods and services, reimburse their friends for a night out, make peer-to-peer payments or tip someone just to show appreciation.

Solution

Prioritize the customer experience.

Most startups that sell their products directly to the consumers prioritize branding above everything else. However, in our collaboration with Suptho, we decided to prioritize the customer enrollment experience. To this end, we set two goals that would guide our product development: Firstly, we aimed to create a high level of customer trust. Secondly, we worked to reduce the time it would take to connect users.
